Election campaigns are not much different from from any promotional campaign a business would run. As far as the recently concluded Presidential campaigns were concerned, both the Republicans and Democrats had some of the most talented people on the planet working not just to spread their messages – but to actually get people to vote.

Internet cloud technology was at the forefront of both campaign efforts, allowing both sides ways to efficient share relevant information in ways never before possible – at minimal cost. It won’t take a stretch to see what the implications are for small businesses and entrepreneurs everywhere. Thanks to our friends from Rackspace for sending this infographic:

It’s clear that the use of cloud technology will figure more and more into how we think and do business. At this point, we should all be figuring out what role it will play in our enterprises.
